Williams Acosta’s Real Estate Practice Group has spearheaded many key real estate projects in Southeastern Michigan. One need only look at the renaissance which has taken place in Downtown Detroit, to see evidence of the aggressive expertise of the firm’s attorneys. Williams Acosta has been actively involved in many major projects, including Stadium development, casino development and relocation of heavy industry along the Detroit River. Our lawyers have represented the City of Pontiac on the development of the Phoenix Center as well as the sale of the Pontiac Silverdome.

In addition to providing legal counsel on many “big project” developments, Williams Acosta has also played a leadership role in residential redevelopment. The firm has served as Corporation Counsel for a major municipal housing and community development corporation, and has represented numerous real estate developers. Our lawyers have been involved in numerous real estate transactions for our major corporate clients.
