Victor J. Torres is an experienced litigator and a passionate advocate of his clients’ interests.   Mr. Torres core practice is in the area of commercial litigation, including construction, real estate, contract, employment, and land use matters.  He also has extensive experience in civil litigation and business transactions.  Mr. Torres has several years experience successfully representing international, national and local businesses ranging in size from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. 

Mr. Torres is admitted to practice before all State of Michigan Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of International Trade.  He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Latin American Bar Section, and is fluent in Spanish.
